By booking an appointment, you agree to show up on time and be ready for your scheduled service. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation. A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed. If you arrive later than that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and full service charges may still apply. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% to 100% of the service price. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Payment is due immediately after the service is completed. Accepted forms of payment may include cash, card, or digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change at any time. If you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate any concerns before leaving so adjustments can be made. Once you leave, refunds are not provided, but reasonable corrections may be offered within 48 hours. Please arrive alone unless otherwise approved. Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Service may be refused to anyone displaying inappropriate conduct. If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms pf illness, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health and safety of others. The right to refuse service is reserved, especially in cases of repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or disrespectful behavior. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
